The Apartment: 

Rent-Controlled apartment located on the border of Bedstuy and Crown Heights on Fulton Street, less than one block away from the C-Train at Kingston Ave. There’s a card-operated laundromat located conveniently on the ground floor of the building, and the apartment is a few blocks away from a Blink Fitness, a large supermarket (as well as many small grocery stores, restaurants, beauty supply stores, etc).

This 3BR, 2BA walkup apartment features:

• Fully furnished common spaces.
• Hardwood floors,
• Granite countertops
• Central heating and air conditioning that is resident controlled.

There is one bedroom available.

You would have 2 roommates, both females in their 20s who work in media and you would only be sharing a bathroom with one. Looking for a person who wants to work together to build a space all three roommates can all enjoy and feel very at home in! No pets allowed & no cigarette smoking or excessive smoking of any kind, please.

The Room:

The room is 8ft x 15ft and big enough to comfortably fit a full-size bed, a large dresser + a desk, and a chair.

Rent & Utilities:

Utilities are not included and range from $70 – $125 extra per month depending on the season (heat, cable/internet, and electricity)

Transportation:

The apartment is on the same blocks as the Kingston-Throop train station, is close to citi-bikes and the B25 bus to Downtown Brooklyn stops right across the street.

• $50 Credit Check Fee (non-refundable, only if the credit score is not provided)
