Hello! I am looking for a tenant to take over the lease on my modern, bright, and comfortable 1 BR right on the border of Clinton Hill/Bed-Stuy. The apartment is a 1 BR/1 BA with large windows, lots of light, high ceilings, and enough room for an at-home desk workspace, and a workout bike in the living area. There is also a large private balcony off the living room with a skyline view of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The unit has central heat + A/C, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, built-in shades, and has been well-maintained (I was the first and only tenant in the unit). The concierges are extremely helpful and responsive and they ensure packages and visitors are well taken care of. The building community is also friendly and supportive. Overall, it is a cozy and comfortable spot to call home!
The apartment is located in 333 Greene, a luxury building with convenient amenities: elevator, in-building laundry, gym, common outdoor space, and parking garage (garage has additional fee). It’s just steps from the grocery store (Food Emporium) and fantastic local restaurants like Speedy Romeo, Chilo’s, Peaches Shrimp and Crab, Mekelburg’s, Clementine Bakery, Choice Market, and Stonefruit Espresso + Kitchen. The building is only a 2-block walk from the G train at Classon and 10-minute walk from the C train at Franklin.
A 12-month lease is available immediately or January 1 at $2333 net rent (no fee, 2 months free, gross rent $2800).
