Sunny Room in 3 Bedroom Apartment in Bed Stuy!

I’m looking for a sublet for my large room in Bed Stuy! It can fit a queen bed (what I have) plus plenty of furniture, or a king with less furniture. It also has a huge window and a walk in closet. The building is 2 short blocks from the Gates J/Z train, just down the block is Foodtown and Dunkin. The building has an elevator, gym, laundry in building, a rooftop terrace and a garden level terrace. Garage parking is available for a fee, but there is usually plenty of street parking.

You would be living with Tayler, an artist and also a murderino! And Caroline, who is also very nice and works as a vet’s assistant. Caroline has a small, lovely, quiet dog named Maya as well as a bunny and guinea pig that stay in her bedroom. The sublet would be from March or April until September with ability to renew. The rent is $1197.54, odd number because of the rent increase when I resigned. There will be a credit check. First months rent and deposit are required upon approval.
